Shipping Policy

Please note that it is the customer's responsibility to provide us with a correct and complete shipping address. If your shipping address is different from your billing address please specifies this during checkout.

PROCESSING TIME
We will immediately start to design and customize your personalized order from the date that is placed. Our goal is to fulfill and ship orders within a timeframe of 5-9 business days. Please note that during busy periods, and the complexity of different products, this timeline may stretch slightly.

SHIPPING TIME
Shipment takes 7-20 business days to arrive, please refer to the table below for various delivery times to international destinations.

Free shipping on orders over $89
Standard Shipping: 7-20 business days
Express Shipping: 7-15 business days

*Please note that the time frame mentioned above doesn’t include production time and accounts for delays caused by vendors or service and weather disruptions.

* Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of personalized order, and can take longer than expected due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order is set to ship, we will send you an email containing your tracking number.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Sometimes there may be delays due to the shipping carrier, international customs sorting, invalid address, customs clearance, or other reasons. ORDER CONFIRMATION
After you complete your purchase. You will receive an “Order Confirmation” email (check your spam folder if you can’t find it) Make sure all info is correct.
We will ship to the address you fill in on the checkout page. The address can be changed before we ship your orders. However, we are unable to change the address once we ship your orders. When you want to change the address, please contact us: admin@findluckyyou.com
Notice: When the carrier returns an undeliverable package because of an address problem to us, you will be charged for reshipping costs, if you require a refund.
